UHasselt fosters a green campus environment by:

  • Operating a dedicated Green Office to coordinate sustainability initiatives

  • Implementing a sustainable travel policy promoting cycling and public transport over car usage (2023 Travel Policy)

  • Upgrading campus facilities with green technologies and eco-friendly materials
