Campus Community:
Universitas Wahid Hasyim (UNWAHAS) actively fosters community engagement through the initiatives of its Aswaja Centre, which serves as a bridge between the university and broader Muslim communities both locally and internationally. One notable collaboration is with the Indonesian Muslim community in the United Kingdom (KIBAR), where UNWAHAS provides regular thematic online religious studies to connect and strengthen cultural and spiritual ties across borders. The Aswaja Centre also conducts programs such as Orientasi Keaswajaan, public discussions, and interfaith activities involving youth, educators, and government representatives. These efforts reflect UNWAHAS’s dedication to nurturing inclusive values, religious literacy, and social solidarity through ongoing dialogue and community-based education.

Alumni:
Universitas Wahid Hasyim (UNWAHAS) maintains a strong and dynamic relationship with its alumni through the Keluarga Alumni Universitas Wahid Hasyim (KAWAH). This alumni network serves as a platform for continued collaboration, professional development, and contribution to the university's growth. One of the key events is Munas KAWAH (Musyawarah Nasional), a national alumni gathering that fosters connection, dialogue, and strategic planning between alumni and the institution. These events not only strengthen the alumni community but also support UNWAHAS in enhancing its academic and social impact through shared experiences, mentorship, and networking opportunities.
