How to Fill Out the Sustainable Collaboration Database Submission Form
This guide will help you submit your sustainability-related project or collaboration.
1. Enter the Article Title
Type the name of your program, initiative, or article in the “Title” field.
Example: “Surabaya City Hall Solar Panel Initiative”
2. Select Your University
Click the dropdown menu and choose your institution from the list.
🔹 If your university is not listed, click "Register" and submit your institution’s name. or click the button below

4. Fill in the Content and Details
In the “Detail” field, describe your program or collaboration. Include:
The purpose of the project
Who is involved
What outcomes you aim for or have achieved
Timeline or current status
Example:
“The City of Surabaya, in collaboration with Univ A, installed a 2000 wp on-grid solar panel system on City Hall…”
5. Upload Up to 4 Images (Optional)
You may include up to four images related to your activity or initiative.
Drag and drop files into each image box, or
Click “browse” to upload from your device.
6. Click Submit
Once everything is complete and reviewed, click the Submit button at the bottom right.
What Happens After Submission?
Your submission will be reviewed and verified by our team.
It may take up to 48 hours before it is published on the website.
Once live, it will appear as an article card with your title, image, description, and category.
